Hello, can Brook carry to a new tank through Live Rock?

Nope. Only clowns are affected by brook. BTW, if brook is ever encountered, one freshwater dip will help. My female clown had it, and I tried to feed it food soaked in garlic and vitamin C, but nothing really helped. The dip was my last choice, but it was successful. My clown is happy and healthy to this day

Brook has a similar life cycle to ICK. Go in the disease forum and do some reading. There is only one way to treat it. The specific treatment is well covered.
