Can clams stay on Barbottom Tanks?

Are clams able to stay on barebottom tanks? Will they stay straight up or on its side?

no reason why they should not , it will attach to the glass ...

I hope so, I've had 5 in my barebottom setup for over 2 years. You should be fine.

I have seen several clams in barebottoms tanks that are fine. if you have any worries, you can put them on a frag disk to attach-- probably not needed though, but I have all 3 of my clams on disks, but I have a crusshed coral bed.
