Can coris wrasse go crazy?

I have a coris wrasse (venusta) in my 75. Seems like a good citizen, but over the past couple years, when my lights go out for a day or more (with circulation running), a seemingly healthy fish turns up dead. The dead fish have had some marks on their bodies, but the fins are in tact. Could I have a killer wrasse? The victims have been a wrasse, midas blenny, and lionfish. I had these fish for 4 months, over 1 year, and 10-12 months respectively prior to their death. The water parameters are fine each time, most recently the parameters were:

1.024 Salinity
0 Ammonia, Nitrite, and Nitrate
8.0-8.1 pH
80-81 Temp

If not a killer fish, what? I do soak my food in selcon and garlic and try to feed a variety of frozen and pellet food. My fish in my other tanks also are healthy and I have not experience deaths in those tanks. Could this possibly be a bacteria infection? Anything else for me to consider? The 3 remaining fish in the tank seem fine, however, my convict tang seems a bit skidish when the lights are on.

Why are the lights out for a couple of days? That could cause undo stress, try using a timer for your fish lights.Fish can be stressed easily they are used to the most stable enviroment on earth are wonderful tropical seas were the lights are on a regular schedule.

Over about the course of two years, we had the lights go out a few times. First time, the breaker tripped, so we used a different line for a day until we could look into it further. Second time, tank was moved and the lights upgraded. The most recent we redid the electrical in the house and could maintain the temp, fuge light, and PHs/pump, but though the lights may be too much for the temp generator we had. However, the lights were constant the remainder of the time. The tank now has two dedicated circuits and we're working on getting a generator to prevent any future issues.

It probably is just a conincidence, but seems strange as these oddities account for my only unexplained fish deaths in the last two years. Any type of diseases take an extended period (months to a year) to kill a fish? I feel like I'm missing something here.
