Can I add a sailfin ?

I have a semi-aggressive 210g that has a YT already in it. Other guys are a volitan, banana wrasse, tomato clown, niger, blue throat and a sf eel. I love the sailfins but am worried it will get the snot beat out of it like my poor harlequin. The tusk was bullied from the first second it went in the tank. It went back to my LFS. Given that this fish is similarly looking to the tusk ( shape and stripes) would the same thing happen to it?

A lot depends on the individual fish. Despite their "fearsome" appearance, Harlequin Tusks are kind of pansies compared to most of the fish you currently have. In fact, they're pretty peaceful. Sailfins, OTOH, are generally a bit more aggressive. Follow some routine aggressives introduction procedures and you might be okay. Feed before, during and after introduction, and feed well for at least a week before and after introduction. Introducing right before lights out is also a good idea.
