Yeah, BLKTANG, the same as yours! It really looks like A. papillare in this shot. The corallites are perfectly arranged. A curious habit of A. aspera is it doesn't produce a large encrusting base and has radials in two distinct sizes. Chris, is yours heavily encrusted at the base or more well attached? Check out this link. I consider this an exremely beautiful coral. Wish Icould find a piece.

The coral dosn't have an encrusted base . I have it attached to a rock under the orange cap where it dosn't get alot of light. It is attached by aquarium epoxy. Have had the piece for about 6 to 8 months now and has only grown out from the base. It really has not encrusted much at all. I do currently have a hair algae issue that is growing around the base and killing it back a little. Lights just went out but tryed to get the polyps to retract a little and take a shot with flash.
Sorry the best I could do right now. Tought I would add a top down shot as well.

Sounds like it wants to encrust, as it is branching from the base, but is currently being held in cheque. I think we can safely say it is A. papillare. You realize, I am terribly envious!
By the way, gorgeous Tradacna and Zooids. Are those blue Ricordia florida under the coral? Smashing colour combination with the green.
