Ive seen a couple of these before, it appears to be a type of coral...no a blue colored coral.

This one does resemble A. tortuosa, but is too densely branched and the radials are appressed. I would let it develope a bit more, as it looks to be a very large-growing staghorn. It reminds me of the tort-related A. vaughni, or possibly A. parahemprichtii.
