I was wondering if i can put in 2 juvenille clowns in my tank that is already housed with a 3 stripped black and white damsel? Will the damsel pick at them?

What type of clowns?

Years ago I had a pair of Clarkiis with a 3 stripe, life wasn't good for the 3 stripe (( until I gave it away )), anytime the 3 stripe tried to go out in the open (( in a 75 gal tank )) it was attacked.
