Can I have too much Flow or Too much light for my Zoo Tanks..

I am setting a 5.5 gal with a AC 110 and 32X2 for lights..
Will set up be o.k. for Zoos..

you might need to tame back the 110 but that is easy. and i assume one bulb will be actinic so you should be good there. that combo is exactly what i'm doing with my 5.5 . . . when i'm done with the 40 and 90 that is.
