Hey all new to this forum and want an anemone. I have 2 oseloris clowns and want them to hose one. I have a red se max 34 gallon. been up or about9 months now and doing great!

I'd say at nine months you're ready. One bit of advice if you run koralias, or powerheads that can suck the nem too them you may need to put something around them. Just until the nem has found a spot it likes and its going to stay.

do your research on the type of nem you want. Some require bigger tanks than others; carpet anemones can grow to over 18 in, and require a minimum of 100 gal. Others stay much smaller, and will do fine in a 20 or 30 gal. Other than size, yes, at 9 months you're probably good to go. Whether or not the clowns will host, you won't know until you put a nem in. Some do, some don't, and different types of clowns supposedly prefer different types of nems.

yes, you should be ready at 9 months. make sure to do research on the type that is most appropriate for your setup
