Can I use this LED light? (Probably not, but was curious)

I was looking for some PVC for something I have to build for work, and I came across an LED light called the "LED GROW LIGHT". The spectrum it produces are shown here: http://flexpvc.com/graphics/LEDGrowLightSpectrograph.jpg . It looks like it produces a redish type light...Scroll down a bit on this website: http://www.flexpvc.com/cart/agora.cgi?product=LED-LIGHTS .

So obviously my question is...can this work. Based on the fact noone uses red lights, im going to say it wont...but figured I would ask since it was so cheap haha.

First, red light in excess can harm corals. Also, a purple light isn't going to look that great over a tank. Second, power output is going to be pathetic. A lamp packed with 5mm LEDs isn't going to get you very good results at all. Third, overall life of this lamp is very poor. These small LEDs degrade very fast, and you may get a few thousand hours out of it before it gets too dim, or dies completely.
