Can I Wire APEX To A Wireless Computer?

I can easily run an ethernet cable from my wireless router to my APEX, but it would make my life a lot easier if I could run my APEX to a computer on my wireless network. This computer is ALWAYS on so I'm not worried about that aspect.

Yes but it may be tricky. If you run a Ethernet cable from the apex to the computer, configure the 2 to talk, you still should be able to use the wifi to connect to your router and the internet. Port forwarding thru the computer to the router may be tricky, never tried it. It may not be possible.

You may need to use a RDP, telnet or logmein.com to be able to control the Apex from the wifi PC if port forwarding is unsuccessful.

the apex does not have any type of a wireless router attached. you can plug your apex via cat-5 to the back of your wireless router. you then can use your laptop through the wireless network to program what you need.
