Can my clam be saved?

Maybe suggested before, does anyone else see tiny little cone shaped snails on the affected clam? Pryamid snails come to mind, probably not the right name. But I remember these being bad for clams. Post in the clam forum to get the more expericenced to have a look, especially since you still have other clams you probably don't want to lose.

check for white pyramid snails on mantle edge late at night.

Well, the clam is officially dead today. End of a sad story. Thanks to those who tried to help.

Sorry to hear that. Be sure to do a good inspection of it before you toss it. Maybe you can get some kind of idea of what happened.

that sucks. Im an absolute sucker for clams and that one looked pretty amazing.
