Hi so im sorta new to this and would like if anyone can help me with my 10 g nano I've already made a fish less cycle it ended 3 weeks ago and my parameters have all been great and stable so now i wanted to know a few other things like what lighting can i use for lsp, zoa, mushrooms etc (except sps ).
Right now my tank has the following:
13 pounds of base
10 pounds of live sand
a marineland filter for 29 gallons (I think?)
Tetra led color changing strip for now
So any suggestions of what I might need or any helpful information well be very appreciated.
Thanks.

it sounds like you are the second person on the forum just setting up 10g systems. You guys can be in the same support groups!

A 2 bulb T5 light should be fine or even a 4 bulb t5 will be better. A 10g tank you can have almost any light on there and it will grow corals. I kept zoas and mushrooms in my 125g under 2 36" 4 bulb t5 lights and they grew.

I dont know if you left it out by accident but you may want a heater also.

Get a small water pump like a hydor nano 425 or 2 240 on the wave maker.

What are you planning on running inside the filter? You can run carbon like chemipure elite, purigen and some filter floss in there.

I would get test kits like API or Salifert instead of test strips. They are more accurate then strips in my opinion.

What kind of salt are you using and whats your salinity at? Get a refractometer, I put it off for a while and I wished I didnt.
