I searched the forum and cannot find any pictures of what this fish has. I have seen it a few times in stores but what is it? It is only on the very tip of the rear fins. It is not on the scales or any part of the fish body that i can tell. It looks like tiny cotton balls are stuck to the tip of it's rear fins.
