Can someone ID this fish please?

This fish is in my buddies tank. He said he caught him down in south Florida around Boca Raton area. I will include a pic. He has a mostly blue body with a little yellow. Yellow side fins too. I am guessing some sort of damselfish because I cannot find an angel fish that looks like him. Does anybody have any information on this fish? Any input would be greatly apperciated. Thanks

pretty sure its a damsel, forget the scientific name though
