what is the stuff that looks like red hair algea and the red things that look like red leaves below it ?

Reds can be very difficult to id especially from pictures. If you can get some closer in focus shots then someone may be able id for you or atleast narrow down the possibilities.

i belive i have it ID as "Galaxaura marginata".
