Can someone identify this algae?

Hello, I've noticed that i have a weird stringy algae on the rock and sand bed. It doesn't really look like cyano, nor does it look like diatoms. Maybe its dinoflagellates? The tank is a 29 gal biocube, and has been setup for about 3 months. The algae in question does disappear when the lights are off like cyano, but I've never had cyano that looks like this. Also, the algae does have bubbles on them, mainly on the rocks. I do have some green algae on the back wall that is going away, and isn't spreading.
My parameters are fine from what i can tell.
Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 0
PH 8.3
Phosphate 0
Kh 11
Calcium 400

Here is another picture. I've had cyano before and I don't remember it ever looking like this. But maybe thats just because I haven't had it in a while. It isn't much of a red color, it's actually very brown.
