I found these "worms" in my live rock. Could someone please identify them? Are they bad?

You would need to provide much better photos than that to have any idea of what genus they belong to. Please review the worm section within my hitch hiker pages and you may find what you have. That is, if you are able to see your worm's head structures yourself.
