Can U Drill A Pico

that pretty mutch says it all^^...can u drill a pico , cus i want to have a sump and have a some pvs come up in the back of the tank and the water drain almost like a tub drain into a sump ...anyway is that possilbe and if anyone has pics of theres plz post them ..i want to get some ideas
