Can you dose/introduce zooxanthellae in the tank?

Just curious if you can dose zooxanthellae in the tank for SPS' that have bleached out or paled out to bring color back to it. If so, how/where can I get it? Thanks.

No...it will just happen on its own.

Drop the corals into the shade or onto the sand bed till the zoo-x comes back.

If the whole tank is bleached.....raise the light and cut the lights time back.

in a way you actually do introduce zooxanthallae upon the addition of coral, however in a case of bleaching you just have to give your coral some time. if your parameters are ok, the zooxanthallae will recolonize on their own.
