Can Anyone help me idenitfy what type of anenome this might be, I bought it awile ago as a Green Bubble Tip.. Now When It is happy it bubbles but its not green. and when the tips are bubbled there is a seriously bright orange spot

It definately looks like a Bubble Tipped Anemone to me, and it's probably a green one, they are the most common. It is just probably coloring differently because of lighting and what you are feeding the tank.
