Can you ID and Health Check these SPS

Hi there!
Can you pls help me ID and health-mark 1-10 (1=close to dead, 10=fantastic) the following corals from my tank.

Marco, from the pics, they all seem to be doing fine. As far as ID's, the first one I can't really tell, the one in the back of the pic looks like it could be A. valida, the one in the front, IDK. Next pic, across from first, looks like Stylophora(Cat's Paw) and a Seritopora(Birdsnest). The third pic appears to be a Turbinaria(Yellow Scroll). The fourth pic, looks like a Pocillopora. And the last one, can't really tell from the pic, possibly some type of Staghorn Acropora. Have a good day.
