Can you identify this fish?

The wife and I spent our anniversary in San Diego, and visited the beach and Sea World. One of the fish she saw, and fell in love with, I know I've seen before, is obviously way too big for the average aquarium, but I cannot for the life of me remember its name. Anyone remember its name, so I can at least tell her what it's called? It is the striped fish with the yellow and black polka-dot tail in the center of the picture:
