Thought I would show some of the new people how Candy Cane Corals bud new polyps. They start off in an oval shape and then begin to grow new mouths, sooner or later they will begin to squeze off where the new mouths are and create new oval polyps. You can really see it on this pic, look at how the middle polyp is meandering and pinching itself off.
