Out of curiousity, how do these LPS multiply? Do they fold in the middle and split?

I have three heads right now, and two of them are becoming "figure 8" shaped.

they get two mouths like a shrum and then seperate...form what we have seen...

They will grow best in high nutrients water.

I had a candy cane in a nanocube with no skimmer and it grew from 2 to 12 heads.

Now in my sps tank it hasn't grown new heads in more than 6 months.

Or maybe I'm just imagining things.
