Yes, it is a Yellow Candy Hogfish . Live Aquaria says to add at same time as they are territorial.
I thought maybe with a tank that size I could add another.\ now. The one I have has been in for about a year.

It's easier when adding together but I think it can be done if you have enough rockworks. I added a pair of the candy cane to a 180g with a larger candy cane already established. The 2 new additions hang together but the established one chases the two new additions and this went on for a while. Never saw any major damage as they move pretty fast but saw the larger one learned to ambush the other 2 when they swim by his hide out. I think yellow candy are less aggressive but lost mine to jumping.
