Can't figure this one out

Hello all,

I picked these up at a recent swap and can't find a picture of them anywhere to ID. The colors in the picture are not exact - relatively short dark orange skirt, yellow center and flecks on a field of brown. Rather small heads. I tried and tried, but this was the best I could do on the focus.

Any ideas?
