Can't get my CSS 125 to work...

i just set up my 50 gal to hold on my livestock from my 72 while i sell it and get ready to replace it with a 280 plus tank still in the talks with ...anyway i got a new css 125 skimmer to use and when i hooked it up and pluged it in the collection cup just fills up with water in a matter of seconds...?

I have the 220.. if the vent knob is opened up to much, the cup fills rather quickly... it will take a bit of time for you to find the sweet spot... you will also need to find the proper depth for the pump as well... to deep and you will have no bubbles entering the main chamber.. to shallow and it wont work either.

It will also take while for actual detritus bubbles/foam to reach the top of the clear tube before it overlfows into the collection cup.. so be patient. keep the bubble level low to begin with and step it up as you start to see a brownish color starting to show up
