I have slowly but surely been eradicating some valonia in my display, this clump is in the back of the tank just living the good life, until I come up with some way to get to it. I have a pair of 26 inch tongs in the mail, but in the meantime I won't touch it.

It's right where I can see it , but going to be a trick to remove. Anyone have any ideas? Send them my way, Thanks. TinMan

LOL, I feel your pain. Can you get a piece of rigid airline tubing through there and kind of push it off?

Thanks, I have some old ro/di tubing- maybe I should practice a little before the attempt ! I was born in CheyOming, where abouts do you hail from? I'm in Phoenix now and have it easy weatherwise...........Tinman

1/2" flexible line. (I use the 1/2" line that came with my syphon) When doing a water changer, syphon on that spot and knock the bubble algae off. It will get sucked right up.
