So as of today I can not get my XR30 pro g2 to program to a new light schedule using the Android app on Samsung note 4 or Samsung Tab 10. Also can't get it to program on my laptop using chrome as my browser. Just keeps processing. Also the time it's not syncing to my laptop time, it's stays a hour behind. Is there a fix our reset I can try? I've rebooted phone, tablet and laptop to no help at all.

Thanks in advance

Are you using a ReefLink? If so, I would recommend going into ESL on the web > Devices > Refresh Devices. This will make sure that your ReefLink can talk to your devices. Next, I would click the current time in the blue header at the top and choose Set.

Hello,

Yes I'm using a reef link. It finally programmed but took almost a hour lol. But for some reason the time on the ecosmart live page we'll not hold time. Lights were supposed to come in this morning @ 930am but again the time was off and didn't turn on until 1030am real time 930am ecosmart live time. Could it be something to do with daylight savings? I'm in Arizona and we don't chance our clocks.

Do you know why the time on the ESL keeps reverting back a hour? I have to keep changing it almost daily and then it switches back to a hour behind the actual time.

Please double-check your timezone under Menu > Manage Account in the ESL. Your timezone might be set incorrectly, thus causing an incorrect time.

Thanks Shaun, some how the time zone was switched. There should really be a Arizona time zone as we never change our clocks forward or back.
