Can't seem to ID this worm(?)

This is the best picture I could get of the little thing. There are 2 or 3 of them that like to live under my ricordea. They come out and run around for random detritus and scurry back under the ricordea. It looks like the ends of them curl under them slightly but it's hard to tell with them being so small. (They kind of remind me of Plankton on SpongeBob lol) They are also really, really fast. It looks like they have antenna on their heads and little clear legs. Anyways, you can see it on the rock towards the center of the picture. I finally caught it in action. They come out both day and night.

I appreciate any help ID-ing these guys and information on whether they are safe or if I should suck them out with my next water change.

No doubt you have far, far more than two or three. They're like roaches; if you see one, there are hundreds if not thousands more.
