Cant seem to keep Euphyllia's long term

Im not sure what the problem is but I can no longer keep Euphillia corals alive for more than a few months. One of the first corals I got was a Torch frag which grew well and split into 4 heads. I got a second Torch with 3 heads and this soon split to make 4. Everything was going great but then for an unknown reason the second Torch lost 2 heads, I thought it was getting too much flow so moved it but it eventually lost the remaining 2 heads. Then my original Torch started looking sad, and eventually lost all its heads.

Now I have a branching Hammer coral, it started with 7 heads, but in the space of a month it has lost 2 with a third one nearly gone.

I am only having these issues with Euphyllia's, I have an Elegance Coral, Gonipora's, a Lobo, a Trachy, various Acans, Duncans, Bubble coral, and even SPS which are all doing well (Birdsnest, Monti Caps, Acropora Slimer, Millepora) as well as some softies (Clove polyps, Toadstool leather).

My current tank parameters are as follows:

Nitrate - 6
Phos - 0.03
KH - 9
Cal - 430
Mag - 1350
SG - 1.025
Temp - 26'c
PH - 8.2

Any help would be really appreciated. I love these corals but there is no point trying to keep them if they are just going to die on me.

I would bet it's something viral or bacterial. I recently lost an entire torch colony that had grown huge and I have no idea what caused its demise.

OK I will try an iodine dip and see what happens. I always dip my corals with coralrx but I suppose sometimes that isnt enough.

I had the same issue on my old 50 gallon tank and to be honest I'm not even sure how I solved it. I had euphyllia corals live and thrive for weeks or months and then heads would die and the coral would dry up.

I tried dips and iodine and it didn't solve the problem long term. I upgraded to a new tank about 2 months now and my new hammer, torch and frogspawn corals look to be thriving.

I think it was some kind of parasite or infection in the old tank. That's why I only brought over my fish and soft corals from the old tank. I used all new rock and sand.
