Care of Blue Helipora

I am interested in anyone's advise in caring for Blue Helipora....
I specifically want to get feed back on light levels, water movement, feeding, etc...

Thanks!

It will grow very slowly in tanks kept at lower temps, actually prefers around 84. Also, it is not an sps or a stony coral for that matter.

Jeremy is right the Blue Ridge coral is an Octocoral in the order Helioporacea, which contains just one species, Heliopora coerulea. I have kept one for about five years now and is does prefer high current and light but I kept it for about a year in medium light and medium flow with no problems. It has never grown very fast (but faster than my PM :) ) in my tank but I usually keep it at 78F and never over 80F. Mine does get some good polyp extension most of the times.

I agree. IME, when provided with proper conditions, it can grow very fast. Mine even tries to grow out of the water.
