I have a hammer coral (green) and a orange armor of god I've got them on the
Bottom of the tank on my live rock 65gall but it seems that they r not blooming as full as the were when I had them sitting for 48hrs at a bottom corner. Could it be to much flow(mp40 on 2/3rds strength on a natural cycle

Sometimes it takes a few days or week or so for a coral to get acclimated and open up fully. Some do it within an hour of putting it in the tank, some take awhile.

Most Lps do not like alot of high flow like sps do. Look at your corals polyps and if they seem as though they are getting thrashed your flow on them is to sting. I have a frogspawn that is around 20" across and if I put alot of flow on them then they won't open. Zoos also like flow but they to don't like to be thrashed about.

Is the powerhead pointed right at them? My experience is that hammers are very hardy and would open up farily quickly unless there wasn't something they like....like a super strong current hitting them. If it is pointed right at them, try moving them or redirect the power head. If the placement of the powerhead is where you want it and don't want to move the coral, you can even point it sligthly towards the side glass to redirect the flow....
