I have a red carnation coral and have moved it a few times to different spots in the tank, it still has its color but just wont open up, any suggestions to where it should be placed? all the other corals are doing fine this one has me stumped.
Carnation corals are not photosynthetic they need to be fed. The few who are having success with them put them in medium flow, and medium lighting. But they need to be fed phytoplankton and/or zooplankton several times a day.
