carpenter's Wrasse

What are your thoughts on keeping a carpenter's flasher wrasse in a 30 gallon tank? I'm reading a lot of conflicting information on whether this is too small for one or not? I want to make sure it will be comfortable long term.. so if it is too small.. I will not get one. Thanks!

I've been under the impression that a tank of that size is insufficient. However, I recently read an article by Dr. Hiroyuki Tanaka that says that size tank is sufficient. He's certainly know better than I. I'm trying to find it to link for you, but I'm not having any luck.
