my carpet anem. just arrive .it's seem like to stay upside down.how do i get it to stood upright?i try to flip it upright but it's go back to upside down position.thanks

I would flip it right side up then put it in lower flow or just turn off the pumps until it settles in.

You can also put an upside down colander on top of it if you have a plastic one laying around. Make sure you use one that has big holes for water flow. Honestly though when a carpet is acting like that you probably going to loose it. You should talk to the place you ordered it from ASAP so they know the situation.
