Catching a wrass in a reef.

Any suggestions on how to do the sucessfully in a reef packed with live rock? Any input would be helpfull.

what kind of wrasse? depending on size, the old inverted coke bottle trick might work. or, let a cube of brine float up on top, then scoop him out quickly with a net. that worked today on my yellow tang.
