CBB ill

About a month ago I added a Copper Band to my tank, about a week later he developed tiny white specks on his transparent fin membranes, I first suspected ICH, and did nothing except treat his food with garlic to see if it would get better. I now see that is is not ick as the white spots have over the past 2 weeks grown bigger to about 1.5mm in diameter, there are about five of these on the fishes fins, the fish does not seem to be in any distress, except for the occasional twitch, he is eating very well and otherwise seems fine. Now I suspect it might be Lymphocytis, but am not sure. I attached two pictures. Can anybody tell me what the fish has got, as well as what the remedy would be.

Thanks in advance

Garlic is a weak antibiotic. It can help the fish for several conditions. But, like I wrote, it doesn't cure Marine Ich.

Can lymphosysts ever appear as black little blobs instead of being white, and located just on the fins (at least so far)

The spots on my CBB were lymphosytis and they fell off about a week ago, all I did was soak his food in seachem reef plus

You've had good luck with it. Lymph is like a virus hanging around waiting for an opportunity to take advantage of the fish's weakness. Provide the best diet, added vitamins and fats, and the best water and they will usually get over it. Congrats!
