I'm coming as a buyer of lots of frags / raffle tickets, and I don't have enough stuff for a table. But will happily bring anything below to the swap that anyone wants.. WYSIWYG for the most part. nuc / tubs zoas have been mounted for several weeks, all have put on heads since fragging. Apologies for my photography skills, I don't have a macro lens, and it's not possible to get a good focus shooting through a curved tank. No bugs / nudis / maj's. Little hair algae because I'm still light on clean up crew...

Nuclear Green's, 2 frags both mounted on rubble. 4 heads + for $25, 5+ $30.

Tubs Blue Zoas, 3 frags all mounted. Not all the way out because I moved them for a quick pic. 15+ heads (medium marble size) $30, 7+ $20, 4+ $15

Less $$ stuff:

Reverse gorilla nipples (as close as I can tell from zoaid.com), pic is of mother colony, several heads for $5. They grow fast (that colony took about 5 months to grow from a plug). Again colony mad b/c I moved them.

Rics $5 ea unmounted (I can prob only get one or two of these, the big one is 5" across if I can get him cut off).
frags011.jpg

cabbage coral $5 for big frags pic is close up of mother colony. Green polyps under actinic.
frags003.jpg

Sacrophyton Leather $5. Head is about golf ball size, has doubled in the last month.
frags002.jpg

Brown gorgonian aka sea rod. Fast grower, came in as hitch hikers on TBS live rock a couple of years ago. I'm almost out, but have enough for a couple of 6+" pcs. (Angela I will hold if you still want it). $5 ea.
Frags002.jpg

Really cheap and free stuff:

Green Hairy Mushrooms $3 ea, some of these are 3+" across and grow fast. Fresh cut unmounted.
frags004.jpg

1 qt Kent Marine Phosphate Sponge (unused) $5

Brown hairy mushrooms on a small rock, free to a newb.

For any of you harlequin shrimp owners, I'm having an asternia starfish buffet, I pick 'em you take 'em for free. (or to anyone else who wants to seed their tank)

I'll take 3, please --> Green Hairy Mushrooms $3 ea, some of these are 3+" across and grow fast. Fresh cut unmounted.

I would like one or two, if avaialble --> Brown gorgonian aka sea rod. I'm almost out, but have enough for a couple of 6+" pcs. $5 ea.

Thanks, Howard

i'll take whatever frag you have of the blue tubs & the sea rod (gonna have to put them in my nano till my new build is ready, so any size will do)

i'll also take all the asternia stars you can bring....my harlequin will love ya for it LOL

Yep, I would still like all we talked about before :) Call me when you can get together and maybe we can do some swapping before the swap. I do want some tubbs blue also, whatever isn't spoken for, not picky on # of polyps, just a start is fine. I'll Pm you my #.

Both nucs still available. These grow faster than just about anything in my tank, I think I priced them right?

In chronological order of PM's and posts (will get cell #'s via pm later)..:

ducklabad: I have gorg if you want it, but I can't trade for nacarrius, becuase my tank only has 1/4" of sand.

gsus: Tubs for AOG trade

gflat: tubs, for Acan trade (think I'm out of fan- depending on ducklabad's response- will let you know)

angela: Gotcha, maybe hook up this weekend?

dagermain: Gorilla Nipples frag, See asternia's note below.

HowardCath: Sorry, no more rics and or gorgonian, but have you down for the sacro and 3 hairy shrooms.

skirossi / james: Sorry, I'm out of tubs, I need to let my mother colony grow some more, I'll prob chop some off in a month or two. James, see asternia note below (I'm assuming your shrimp is still hungry though :)).

jwj, I'm sorry I'm out of rics, these are slow growers, it will prob be a few months before they're back.

Re Asternias: I believe mine are the reef safe type- they have left all my corals alone, with the exception of a struggling gsp frag a while back. I believe they were doing their cuc duty on that frag that just wasn't going to make it. I thought these were cool when I got the tank (they came with rock that is 7+ yr mature and was part of a acan/sps tank by last owner), but I need to thin them out a little. They generally hang out on my sidewalls, which are caked in coralline and thin film algae, and their population has grown recently since I'm light on snails. I'd recommend for anybody with a harley or other natural predator, but if you're intentionally seeding a tank, once you got 'em you got 'em so think about it. With all that said, I DON'T regard mine as pests, just part of the CUC and I'm not trying to eradicate, just harvest.

Hey if they are still available I'd be interested in a hairy shroom. Just got a used tank 1st of this year and only have a couple corals. I'll be at the swap.

ok, get in touch in a few months when you have some more of the blue tubs avail.

however many asternias you can bring will be much appreciated :D

did you see where i also mentioned wanting some of the sea rod?? not sure cause you didn't address that. i'll get some of that when i get the blue tubs in a few months....if that's ok???

Sorry james, forgot to mention gorg to you- only had 2 pcs, one Angela had asked for about 2 mo ago, and ducklabad was first in line for the other in PM. All I have left is a stump, will fix you up as soon as I can (prob month or two). May have some more tubs frags by the swap- will let everybody know.
