cell phone green lense

What would happen if I retrofit a high end green lense to fit over my galexy s4? Would it calm down the blue from the led's?

I'd use a warming (i.e. red) filter rather than a green. It might work. The problem is, assuming the iphone is using some sort of automatic white balance, the red filter is going to affect that white balance, so the results can be somewhat unpredictable. If there's a way to use a pre-defined white balance (e.g. tungsten, sunlight, etc.), you'll have much better success with colored filters, since the white balance is now set and works much more like film does.

I can adjust the white balance

I do have a few setting with the white balance and the S4 so hopefully it might do something. I think it would be a breakthrough if I could take a blue picture and it not be bleached blue. Of all the cell phones out there this is the best camera by far.

There was a user that had one like those add on lenses. The quality was better but not like the regular nicon or canon type cameras.
