Cerith Snails?

Anyone tryed keeping a batch of snails?

My ceriths have big strings of eggs every morning. Usually I let the decapods have thier way with them, but got to wondering, anyone tryed raising thier own?

Im sure It would take a while, but might be fun to try?

I found a little info on the net, but it was from back in '97 or '98 and wasnt really that informative.

I put 12 in a 5000 gallon tank, 5 months later I had a over 3 gallons of them.
