It seemed like water flow was slowing down in my tank, so I removed my T4 , opened up the pump section and found it full of chaeto. I have the chaeto in the center of sump, I had no screen on the intake to the t4 , but didnt think the chaeto would get over to that sectin,but it is breaking apart and small pieces are getting into the t4. Now I put a pvc type of screen on the t4 intake. Does anyone else have this problem. I tried to make it so my macro could be in the middle of my sump, but maybe I will have to go with it on a hob refug on my sump.
