I got mine from LA, not DD and was able to get it to eat without much difficulty.

I'd say that's lucky... 3 weeks is starting to get to the point of no return IME.

I'm just happy it decided to eat. When they put a little weight on they just glow

Theory is with this species, if they are collected and shipped quickly, with care, it's not so bad. Not like a threadfin eating flake in the acclimation bucket, but better than a purely coral eating species..

How big is your rainfordi peter? How long have u had him? I'm guessin they don't grow quickly. Any advice on feedings is greatly appreciated!

I think I posted in this thread approximately when I got him. He's pushing 6" now. He loves diver scallop and Formula 1 & 2 small pellets most.
