Chalice questions.

I am going to be setting up a 12" cube (7.5 gallon) with a 150 watt metal halide 4" from the water. The tank is going to have 750 gph (100x turnover). The tank will be BB. I was hoping to grow some kind of encrusting hard coral such as chalice or monitipora on the bottom glass. Now that you know about the tank I have a few questions:

1. Will the lighting or the flow be to much for chalice coral?
2. What happens when 2 different chalice corals grow together? Will they sting each other?
3. I know a lot of corals are grouped under the common name of chalice. Is any particular species more suited to a high flow high light environment?

Thank you for you help.

With that amount of water and the 150w MH being that close, you are going to have heat issues that need to be addressed or whatever corals in the tank are going to bleach.

I still have not been able to find the answers to these questions. Somebody please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dank U
