Chalk bass and wrasse mix?

Does anyone have any experience of chalk bass mixed with halichoeres, flasher and fairy wrasse? I know that chalk bass can be shy and although all the wrasses are super peaceful, I'm wondering if their constant swimming would be intimidating to the chalk bass as I have read they can be intimidated by other bottom dwelling fish. I don't have any tangs or angels and the largest fish is a yellow chrysus and two white bellied wrasse.
I'm also wondering if they would settle better if I added two?

I have seen chalk bass kept with wrasses before, there activity may make the halk bass a little more shy, but chalk bass are pretty hardy, able to stand up for themselves and will make sure to get their food.

Thanks. I've found a couple of people who keep them with larger fish like tangs so asked their opinions on how timid they are. I know they are hardy but I want to give them the best chance of doing well without stress if you know what I mean. If they won't work i'll look for something more suitable.

Depending to a degree on aquascaping, it should work.

I have a trio of Chalk Bass that came in under 1" that get along fine with a lineatus, diamond tail and hooded wrasse. They don't even look twice at each other.

Thanks, it was more the constant swimming of the wrasse that I thought may intimidate or annoy the bass rather than any aggression from them. It seems from others experience I was worrying over nothing as once settled even large fish don't seem to bother them.

I keep/kept my chalk basses with Halichoeres melanurus, hortunalus, leucoxanthus and chrysus without any problems. If you have a large established specimen of Halichoeres wrass (e.g. H. hortunalus), your new additions may be chased for a while.

The chrysus is the biggest and its still immature. There's nothing that should overly bother them from what I'm finding which is cool.

I have a 4-in H hortulanus living with three chalk basses at the moment. It never bothers the basses.
