Changing tank to Freshwater

Well finally my parents have decided to change their tank from salt water to fresh. They don't have the time to take care of it so I told them I would do the change for them (part live stock, LR, and filter). I have the following for sale:

1 LR Ocellaris Clown $25
1 LR Blue Dameslfish $5
1 MD Blue Dameslfish $5
1 LR Pink Skunk Clown $25
1 MD Flameback Angelfish $40

I have about 75ish pounds of LR. It has NO coraline on it. I would suggest either killing it or seeding it with some fresh stuff. $2/lb

Wetdry filter. I am not sure the brand but it also has a built in skimmer, and currently running bioballs. This comes with a rio pump for the return and another one to run the skimmer. I am not sure if the one running the skimmer works as it hasn't been used in years. $100.

There are some random items also that are free if you buy some stuff. I am looking for a filter for a freshwater tank, rocks, fake plants, gravel, etc.

The tank is in Dublin. However I work in Columbus. I can bring items with me if needed. I am in Dublin everyday. Note prices aren't final. I am not 100% sure oh what some of this stuff should be priced at. This means just chat with me and we can figure it out.

Thanks everyone!

I hate to see anymore people leave this hobby but I have no clue how freshwater could be easier I think it's totally the opposite.

I have to say if you are just doing a basic tank (fish and fake stuff) there is less work and cost involved. No mixing water, high powered lights, adding Ca and other chemicals, running ro/di, etc. The parent are older so this will be easier for them and they agree as they let the other tank go. PLUS you can put in fish feeders when you go away :P
