Cheap live rock?

Does anyone know of a place around Nashville that sells live rock for less than $8 lb? Everywhere around that I can find is priced like this.

Dr foster has a box of premium LR for 119 plus 30 shipping, a lot cheaper than local. I have bought a box from them and received very nice LR.
