Cheapest Macro Camera? New or Used?

I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction for a camera that can take super close up macro's. I'm talking see the hairs on the polyps

Is there anything used that is reasonably priced? How much is needed to spend to get super close?

I loved my old Canon G6 for macro work. You can probably find one on ebay for a reasonable price.
