Nice size, although it's almost certainly an Amphipod, not a Copepod. One dead giveaway is that Copepods have a single eye in the middle of their forehead.

Thanks for correcting me on the Amphipod, I call all the little things scurrying around on my rock copepods, anyway have never seen one this big…
